Please read information regarding the ordering of items online or via order form:
First of all, my priority is you! I care about all of the 9/11 Patch Project customers and want to get your orders to you as fast as possible. I personally fill about 250-500 orders a month here and many of them are a single patch or decal. So, you can imagine how labor intensive it gets. However, with that being said, I will do everything humanly possible to get most orders out in 48 hours (provided the items are in stock). There are some cases where it may take longer. If it is taking longer than expected on your end, please shoot me an email at: 911patchproject@gmail.com and I will respond promptly. I will not tolerate paypal charge-backs...this is ALWAYS unnecessary and if you do this and your order had not been sent yet, you will be refunded and any future orders will not be allowed. This practice is usually because someone is thinking they are being "ripped off" and they don't even take a moment to send an email. This project has been running 12years and has a flawless reputation.
OTHER ISSUES:
1. It has been weeks and I have not received my order: There are a few reasons why this may have happened. First of all, if you made your order online, you need to make sure your shipping address on your paypal account is current. It has happened enough times where folks have waited to receive their orders--they never make it--and I get a firm email accusing me of not sending it to them. It is NOT my responsibility if your email shipping address is not current on Paypal. It is up to you to contact your prior address or take it up with Paypal. Please do not ask me to send a duplicate order to your new address. Secondly, after making your online order, you should receive a paypal receipt that will say, " 9/11 Patch Project," on the header and then you will be returned to the website. If you did not get a receipt, it could be your order timed out or did not complete. If this occurs, send an email and I'll confirm with you on my end if it did go though.
2. I ordered but received the wrong items: Rarely this occurs but if it does, simply send an email to let me know and I'll immediately send out the items you did order.
3. Papal puts your order funds on hold: On rare occasions I get a message from paypal that a specific order's funds have been put on hold. This occurs when it is found that you did not have enough funds in your paypal account or on your credit card to cover the purchase. Or for time to time, paypal flags certain purchases that they feel are a security risk (possibly wasn't made by cardholder or paypal account owner, or the purchase looks suspicious). A phone call from your end to paypal should clear it up but you will also hear from me on the matter.
4. Back-orders: Occasionally, popular items become out of stock and need to be ordered. If this occurs, you will be sent an email with the estimate of when those items will be shipped and you will have the option of having the items you ordered that are in stock sent ahead of the back-ordered items.
Thanks for your order and thanks for your support of the 9/11 Patch Project and our fund raising mission!
